About Me
So this is where I am tasked to talk about myself.
I am married to an awesome woman, Dara, for going on 17 years now with two great kids, Brianna and Lionel.
I have been a computer geek for as long as I can remember, (My first computer was a modded up “Apple IIC” with over a megabyte of RAM!)
Growing up in Alaska I worked in Commercial Fishing both at sea and on land, thats why the water in the background. As a young man, I was able to roam over quite a bit of Alaska, and to this day miss it terribly.
I have lived here in Florida now for more than 10 years and having worked in several positions in IT, from private contractors to the Department of Health of Florida, I learned the hard truth of funding shortfalls and cutbacks.
I now am a career officer with the Department of Corrections, having no wish to move from the small town of Mayo, Florida (for now anyway . . . Alaska keeps calling though . . .)
I also work on the side with a small web design/consulting company with several businesses and churches in the local community that goes by Partners In Design with a great friend by the name of Chris Carlton
Being born in Florida and raised in Alaska and now living back here in Florida (Long Story) has really made me appreciate this great country.
